2. How does it work?

The process of moving with Mover Mate is straightforward. I'll come to your location, we'll load up, and then head to your destination(s). Once we arrive, I'll drop you off wherever you need to go. It's as simple as that!

3. How much is the hourly price?

The charge for a full relocation is 49 Euro per hour, starting from the moment I arrive at your first chosen destination. After the first hour, it's just 82 cents per extra minute. For example, if a move takes 1 hour and 10 minutes, the total cost would be calculated as follows: 49 Euro for the first hour, plus 82 cents per minute for the additional 10 minutes, resulting in a total of 57.4 Euro, all inclusive. It's worth noting that most moves typically take less than one hour.

4. Is there a different rate for moving a single item?

Yes, for moving a single item, the price is negotiable. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and receive a customized quote.

5. Why is it cheaper than other moving services?

The reason why MoverMate offers more affordable rates compared to other moving services is because our approach is tailored to meet the needs of students, who typically have fewer belongings. In most cases, only one person and a van are required for the move. Additionally, many customers are willing to lend a hand in loading and unloading items, reducing the need for additional personnel. This allows to minimize personnel costs. In situations where extra assistance is necessary, we have the option to bring in a partner for an additional fee of 19 Euro per hour. This ensures that our customers have the support they need while still maintaining cost-effectiveness.

6. Do you also move to other cities?

Yes, I also provide moving services to other cities. For information regarding pricing and other details, feel free to send me a text. I have experience moving people to various locations, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague (Den Haag), Utrecht, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Groningen, Almere, Breda, Nijmegen, Enschede, Apeldoorn, Haarlem, Arnhem, Amersfoort. 7. How big is your van?

The loading area is 4,3 x 2 x 1,8 meters. The load capacity is 500kg.

8. Can I collect various items from different locations?

Absolutely! You can pick up items from multiple locations as our charges are based on hourly rates, not by the number of locations.

9. Can you also pick up purchases from IKEA or other retail stores?

Yes, we certainly can.

10. What are the payment options available?

You can pay using cash, bank transfer, or Tikkie.
