We collect the furniture and boxes you are taking out of circulation, hold them by the week for as long as the sale takes, and deliver them to the new address once you have it. You keep the things; the house shows properly; nothing is sitting in a room you are trying to sell.

A large part of Zoetermeer's housing went up between the late 1960s and the 1980s, and much of it is now being insulated, re-floored, re-kitchened or fitted with a heat pump. Contractors work faster and better in an empty room, and most of them will tell you so on the first visit.

About a week's notice is comfortable. If you are working to a completion date at the notaris, tell us as soon as it is signed, because those dates cannot move and we would rather hold the slot early than find out late.
