3. You confirm. No deposit required. No commitment until you say yes.

4. The driver arrives. A clean, spacious moving van pulls up at the pickup address at the agreed time.

5. We load. The driver loads the furniture into the van. Items should be accessible — at the entrance, in the garage, or in a ground-floor room. Disassembled items (bed frames, tables with removable legs) load faster.

6. We drive. Direct transport to the destination address.

7. We unload. The driver unloads the furniture at the destination entrance.

What is not included: furniture assembly or disassembly, packing or wrapping, carrying items through building interiors (hallways, stairwells), or storage. This is a transport-focused service. You prepare the item for transport — we move it.

The rate is €49 per hour for the van and driver, with a 1.5 hour minimum. Transport costs are calculated separately on the actual distance driven.

One or two items, same city. 1.5 hours at the minimum. €73.50, excluding transport.

Several items, same city. 2 to 2.5 hours. €98–€122.50, excluding transport.

The biggest cost variable is loading time. A disassembled bed frame waiting at the kerb loads in minutes. A fully assembled wardrobe still upstairs takes far longer. Since the 1.5 hour minimum applies either way, it is usually worth sending everything that needs to move in the same booking rather than splitting it across two jobs.

Good preparation is the difference between a fast, affordable move and a slow, expensive one. Here is how to get your furniture ready:

Disassemble what you can. Bed frames, desks with removable legs, tables, shelving units. Keep screws and bolts in a labelled bag taped to the frame. Disassembled items load significantly faster and fit more efficiently in the van.

Remove drawers and shelves. Take drawers out of dressers and chests. Remove adjustable shelves from bookcases. Wrap glass shelves separately.

Protect fragile surfaces. Wrap glass tops, mirrors, and polished surfaces in blankets, towels, or bubble wrap. The driver handles items carefully, but protection against scratches during loading is your responsibility.

Move items to the ground floor or entrance. The van loads from the street. The closer your furniture is to the van, the faster loading goes and the less time you pay for.

Clear the path. Ensure hallways, doorways, and stairwells (if applicable) are clear of obstacles. Measure doorframes if you are unsure whether a sofa or wardrobe will fit through.

Communicate dimensions. If you have an unusually large item (e.g. an L-shaped sofa, a king-size bed frame, an 8-person dining table), share the dimensions when booking so we can confirm it fits in the van.
