Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all locations within the Netherlands and the European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: Flat shipping rate of €4,99 per order. Free shipping on orders over €49.
  • EU Countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 2-4 business days.
  • EU Countries: 5-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Customs and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized 3D products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at movermateservices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Within the Netherlands: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Within the EU: Return shipping costs are executed by the customer.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
